• Service & AI Interaction Data: We collect your chat messages, conversation history, and any PDF documents you upload.
  Purpose & Legal Basis: To generate AI-powered tutoring responses and maintain your study history. (Contractual Necessity).
• Payment Data: We collect billing information when you subscribe.
  Purpose & Legal Basis: To process your subscription payments securely. (Contractual Necessity). Note: Full credit card numbers are handled directly by our payment processor.
• Analytics and Usage Statistics: We collect anonymous insights such as conversation counts and engagement metrics.
  Purpose & Legal Basis: To understand how the platform is used and improve the service. (Legitimate Interest).

3. Third-Party Data Processors

To operate the platform, we share necessary data with trusted third-party service providers who comply with strict GDPR standards. We do not sell your data. Our processors include:

• Google (Firebase): For secure user authentication and database storage.
• Anthropic (Claude): For processing text prompts and PDFs to generate AI responses. (Anthropic does not use your API data to train their models).
• ElevenLabs: For generating voice-based audio responses when using the active voice tutor mode.
• Stripe: For secure payment processing and subscription management.
• Aruba: For domain hosting and secure network routing.

4. Data Retention

Your data is kept only as long as necessary to provide the service:

• Chat History & Uploads: Retained indefinitely to provide you with a continuous learning experience, unless you manually clear your chats using the in-app settings.
• Account Data: Retained for the lifespan of your account. If you choose to delete your account using the "Delete Account" button, all associated personal data will be permanently erased.

5. Your GDPR User Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to control your personal data. You can exercise these rights at any time directly through your Account Settings or by emailing alan@imfrocket.com:

• Right of Access & Portability: You can request a copy of all your personal data (available via the "Export All My Data" button).
• Right to Rectification: You can update or correct your name and account details at any time.
• Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time via your account settings.
• Right to Restrict or Object: You can opt-out of data processing for model improvement or withdraw consent for non-essential cookies.
